BAPTISM AT PRO BOWL FESTIVITIES LEADS TO MEDICAL NIGHTMARE?

Boys will be boys. Boys will throw each other in the pool. In this situation, the boys are Peyton Manning, Nick Mangold, Kris Dielman, and the throwee is Jay Cutler. Everyone who has ever witnessed a Broncos football game will know that Cutler has type 1 Diabetes. So who would think that he would have his blood sugar monitor in his pocket before sending him flying into a pool?

The culprits, Manning, Mangold, and Dielman managed to save his cell phone, but apparently has never watched a Bronco's game and didn't realize that Cutler might have some of his medical equipment on him in Hawaii. It was done all for fun, and not to beat up the one who can't fight back. As Dielman stated, "We gave him a Pro Bowl baptism."

Apparently Cutler took it pretty well because he didn't try to get any of the culprits back... yet. For those Broncos fans, do not fret, he now has a new blood sugar monitor and he will be just fine.

Aside from this being a random story, and a little funny how it turned out (especially for the culprits with the "oops" or "oh $%@*" reaction they had). However, reading this from MJD's Shutdown Corner on Yahoo! Sports, his comments on the story were even more entertaining:

"If I was him, I would have started faking stomach cramps and pretending to lose my eyesight, while screaming that I could die without my monitor. But that's just me, and I like to teach people lessons that will stick for a lifetime."

My kind of person ;)

Haha, he definitely should have faked something!
